We want you to love your find. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unused condition.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging fragile home goods, accidents can happen. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Find Store ships to the contiguous United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
